13.1 By bh55. bh55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where bh55 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) continuing to operate the account would expose bh55 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (d) the player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
13.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bh55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
